The Inman Aligner is a removable orthodontic appliance that works by squeezing the teeth into the correct position. In some cases, It can move teeth in as little as 12-16 weeks.
No matter how you move teeth, you will ALWAYS require a retainer to keep the teeth in that position. Teeth can relapse to varying degrees. Retainers should be replaced, on average, every 18-24 months.
